WAKING UP IN VEGAS (Davisson-J 2021)

WAKING UP IN VEGAS is a vibrant 9" ruffled orange crispate with a diamond-dusted gold throat and sepals that quill. Tall scapes are 39" with 4-way branching that average 25 perfectly placed buds. Would make a winning show flower! Begins blooming in the mid to late season. From a cross of DOCTOR HANDSOME X unknown, it has hard dormant plant habit. WAKING UP IN VEGAS is a vigorous increaser with pretty foliage, too. Pollen fertile and I suspect it could be pod fertile in a cooler climate. It blooms during the hottest part of the summer here with wonderful, sunfast color and garden presence.
